Once collection is complete, the tires are not reusable oriented our reprocessing center to obtain raw materials needed to use "the aggregate". It is obtained by a mechanical cutting, grinding, and sizing. There are different types of sizes ranging from less than 0.5 mm to 6 mm in diameter.



The tires are transformed into more or less fine aggregate, steel and textiles contained in the envelopes are extracted for the end of a chain composed solely of rubber material ready. It is the whole process now enables to recover the waste industrial rubber.



Today there are many applications for recovery of aggregates and crumb. They are used for the manufacture of sound insulation, sports surfaces, to playground, in the manufacture of wheels or casters, in the synthetic turf. Textiles that are extracted from these tires are used in the design of riding trails, quarries in order to loosen the soil. They are also used in cement kilns as an alternative fuel. The steel is adjusted by the mills.
